My wife was having prolonged anxiety and depression related issues with suicidal thoughts which got severe, after she lost job due to covid 19.
We consulted Dr. Sabitha and found her to be very helpful and effective.She understood my wife's problems gradually and was able to help her getting rid of her anxiety and depression with various exercises.She filled my wife's life with lot of positivity and happiness.

Dr is very very friendly,kind hearted, understanding and a great listener. And i felt very easy to talk to her. I visited doctor 15days back for anxiety ,sleeplessness, and negative thoughts occuring repeatitvely. within 2 visits i found a lot of changes in me.i slept better and felt much relieved. She made me so comfortable to talk all my inner fears and the stress I was going through. Stepwise she handled my issue.She herself is an inspiration to me.

Well, I was going through terrible depression and three jobs in a year. My depression was mainly stemming from the fact that someone in my family was diagnosed with cancer and I was ruining my career due to the depression I was going through. A large part of it was external circumstances but she helped me to solve my problems which were stemming from me. ***** * *** **** ** ***** *** ** ** ******* Nothing was direct counter argument but a simple change of perspectives which solved most of my problem. The first thing that strikes you about Ms. Sabitha is that she genuinely cares. Having experienced a mechanical and detached attitude consulting several doctors in various hospitals, Ms. Sabitha’s friendly and authentic approach was very encouraging. She created an environment that made it comfortable to talk about the most uncomfortable topics so that we could tackle the deep rooted issues instead of beating around the busy with symptomatic remedies. Her methods are mix of conventional and spiritual (perhaps she thought it was what would work best for me) and I am truly grateful to her for all the support and guidance.
